Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

We have two different shipping methods that you can choose from. They are:

• JNE Express
Bandung area: Arrives 1 business day after your payment is confirmed
Outside of Bandung area: Arrives 1-3 business days after your payment is confirmed

• JNE Regular
Arrives 3-5 business days after your payment is confirmed If you want your order to be processed and shipped at the same day please be aware that your payment must be confirmed before the following time;
Monday – Friday: Before 2 PM, WIB.

We only ship orders during business days. If you confirmed your payment during weekends or holidays, please be aware that your orders will be shipped on the next business day. Shipping fees are based on delivery methods you choose and the weight of the items you’ve ordered. If you’ve ordered an item that is bigger than standard shipping size, charges will be calculated by volume.

We will send you a tracking number that you can use in www.jne.co.id depending on your choice of courier; you might need to wait 24 hours for you to be able to track your order.
